Our Ad Operations team is essential to enabling flawless ad campaign executions and ensuring an optimized experience for both our users and brand partners. This team lends their technical and operational know how to help better support and inform our sales and planning teams, our clients, and our product teams, ensuring we continue to offer best-in-class platform capabilities for brands of all sizes. We are looking for an experienced Ad Operations Specialist who can jump in and cover a wide range of technical responsibilities, from coordinating cross-functionally to trafficking campaigns and quarterbacking the campaign reservation process. This person should be a pro-active and technical problem solver, interested in working hands-on to support the continued improvement of our ad platform capabilities and troubleshooting independently. Responsibilities: – Streamline the holistic ad operations process from campaign planning, execution, to reporting and measurement. – Monitor campaign delivery to make sure campaigns reach the target audience, run smoothly, and exceed brands’ expectations; this includes collaborating with teams for creatives, troubleshooting for trafficking, managing daily ads delivery reports, and escalating to third-party vendors if needed. – Client-facing communications: Serve as an important point of contact and support account manager for client communications; own the set-up process, campaign management, and ads execution of several top accounts, while maintaining a high-quality standard for the Ad Operations team to ensure accuracy. – Strategic Ads planning: Provide consultation to clients on the correct setup of campaigns, tagging, targeting, and the use of mobile app, social video and ad technologies to meet clients’ needs. – Cross-team collaboration: Support Brand Strategists, Client Solutions Managers, Brand Partnership Managers, in collaboration with new partner measurement feasibility, management of new partners requests, testings, and ads performance optimization.
Qualifications
Qualifications – At least 3+ years of ad ops experience on a programmatic or auction platform – Experience managing branding & performance-based advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges – Experience helping clients execute custom campaigns centered around performance KPI’s – Excellent collaboration skills – Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation process – Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance – Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills – Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus – Experience in campaign management and set up – Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders – Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Keynote knowledge a plus. – Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT) – Familiarity and experience with Auction and Programmatic Platforms – High attention to detail and very organized – Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking – Have a passion for TikTok
