Asistente personal
We are looking for a highly organized and versatile personal assistant to perform personalized administrative tasks for top management. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of managers. You may also be asked to make travel arrangements and help with other tasks when necessary.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative functions.
Write, format and edit reports, documents and presentations.
Enter data, maintain databases, and maintain records.
Liaise with internal departments, answer calls and organize the trip.
Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
Schedule appointments, keep an event calendar, and send reminders.
Copy, scan, and fax documents, as well as take notes.
Prepare facilities for scheduled events and organize refreshments, if necessary.
Order office supplies and parts, as well as manage mail and courier services.
Requirements:
High school diploma.
Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Advanced typing, note-taking, record-keeping, and organizing skills.
Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
Practical knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners and fax machines.
Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
Excellent skills in written and verbal communication.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
