Y requieren una investigaci\u00f3n independiente para una efectiva rendici\u00f3n de cuentas &#8220;, se\u00f1al\u00f3 en una rueda de prensa tras reunirse con el ministro ruso de Relaciones Exteriores, Sergu\u00e9i Lavrov.<\/p>\n<p>El titular de la ONU aclar\u00f3 la organizaci\u00f3n no tiene la autoridad para investigar acusaciones de violaciones del derecho internacional en Ucrania, pero que hay instituciones apropiadas como la Corte Penal Internacional y varios mecanismos en el sistema de derechos humanos.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;No voy a llevar a cabo esa investigaci\u00f3n yo mismo.
