Our Miami office is currently looking for a Sales Professional to promote and sell our solutions.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Annual salary  $40,000 / $45.000 with on target commission earnings. (Commissions are uncapped)
  • 3 additional bonuses related to mix of products sold, sales ranking and number demonstrations accepted by clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Source new sales opportunities and lead development through market research.
  • Identify prospect needs, qualify and present appropriate products and solutions. 
  • Make first contacts and follow ups on the phone, online or in person depending on type of account and customer´s needs.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Provide accurate information through various systems and coordinate activities with other teams for excellent service delivery.

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years Business to Business Sales experience (Inside or Outside)
  • Fully bilingual English/Spanish
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Drive, determination and ability to work both independently with little direction and as part of a team
  • A comfort level with sales quotas, with a strong desire to meet and exceed achievable targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage and influence potential customers by understanding their needs and recommending relevant products and services
  • Openness to learn through daily interactions with peers and leadership
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Engineering, or related field) or equivalent experience
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM
